The floor of a shipping container is typically comprised of 1-1/8” thick marine plywood
In its original condition, the wood floor is suitable for most aftermarket applications
However, some aftermarket uses call for the floor to be customized

7.Painting
Applying paint is an excellent way to improve the aesthetics of your container
Adding a fresh coat of paint also helps protect the surface from constant exposure to the elements
We use a marine grade industrial enamel from Sherwin Williams
It’s a coating that is made to be applied on exterior steel surfaces
A multitude of colors are available for you to choose from

Standard containers come equipped with locking clasps (2 on each door), leaving your lock exposed

We have shelving systems available for your container
We can equip your container withshelvingprior to delivery
We are able to configure the shelving to meet your storage requirements
The shelves hang from the interior “D” rings of the container
In most cases there are no interior or exterior modifications required to hang the shelves
If you decide you no longer need the shelving it can easily be removed
Container shelving is a great way to organize your container
